Refund Policy for Online and In-Person Trainings

Objective:

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for both online and in-person training sessions purchased through our platform.

1. General Policy Overview

We are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. The following guidelines outline when and how refunds can be requested for both online and in-person training purchases.

2. Refund Eligibility

Online Training:

  • Refund Window: Refund requests for online training can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase or from the first day of the online training session, whichever is earlier.
  • Eligibility for Refund: A refund will only be processed if:
    • The training material has not been accessed or downloaded.
    • The user has not participated in more than 33% of the training content.
  • Non-refundable: Once the course content has been accessed in its entirety or the user has participated in more than 34% of the training, the purchase is considered final and no refunds will be provided.

In-Person Training:

  • Refund Window: Refund requests for in-person training can be made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the training session.
  • Eligibility for Refund: A refund will only be processed if:
    • The request is made at least 14 days before the event.
    • The customer has not already attended the in-person training or part of the session.
  • Non-refundable: Cancellations or refund requests made within 14 days of the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests due to special circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a special circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential options.

5. Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is submitted, we will process the request within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Fees: Please note that processing fees may apply, depending on the payment method and any third-party fees.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any third-party processing fees (e.g., transaction fees, bank fees) are non-refundable.
  • Any materials or products purchased in addition to the training session, such as books or equipment, are non-refundable once shipped or accessed.

7. Modifications to the Training Sessions

In the event of a rescheduled or canceled training session by the provider, participants will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule to a future date.
  • Receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
